Thanks for reaching out. I agree that the development phase has some bugs. As the initial bugs, if they are part of development it’s the duty of freelancers to fix them free of cost as we have already charged for development. But once the project is handed over or deployed, if bugs are found on production it will come under maintenance. Freelancers charge extra amount for maintenance cost to fix prod bugs and release any updates.
